Chalet Alpi - Val Gardena
The Chalet Alto is situated in the village of Selva Gardena at the head of the Val Gardena, in the province of Bolzano, North East Italy. The town of Bolzano is 1 hours’ drive from Selva Gardena, Just 1hr 30 30 minutes from Innsbruck and 2hrs 30 minutes from Verona.
Not only is the Chalet Alto the first luxury chalet of its kind in Selva Gardena and one of the very few in Italy, but it has a unique art feature. We are proud to showcase the sculptures of two famous south Tyrolean artists, AronDemetz and GehardDemetz. Their creations enhance the interior of the chalet and the artists are happy to meet guests for a drink and of course their works can be bought.
The chalet is in a superb south facing position, with stunning views over the village and the Sella Massif mountain range. Here you can enjoy spectacular views and elegant yet rustic furnishings with a five star service in the privacy of this home away from home. The chalet has a total meterage of 370 m2 and is spread over 3 floors.

Villa Moderna - Tyrolean Dolomites
The Villas are a pair of holiday homes, set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple trees, just outside the city of Bolzano. They were designed by architect Peter Pichler. The Villa offer a unique chance to spend a beautiful vacation surrounded by contemporary architecture of the highest standards and the most astonishing Landscape and beauty nature has to offer.

The houses are oriented towards east with each a private garden and an autonomous access and parking for the guests. Each unit contains a kitchen / living room as well as a bath- and bedroom with big skylights that open to allow natural light and ventilation. A small basement serves for temporary storage.
