Piedmont is located in the North West of Italy, bordering France and Switzerland flanked on three sides by the Alps giving rise to the name "pied mont" which means at the foot of the mountains. Boasting Italy's tallest peaks and largest glaciers Piedmont's diverse landscape also features the more hilly wine growing regions of Monferrato and Langhe before flattening out into the plains with their endless rice fields, and historic cities adorned with Royal Palaces of the Kingdom of Savoy. Piedmont offers a culinary feast for the senses where wonderful Barolo wines, white truffles, Aosta valley cheeses, risotto and chocolate with hazelnuts from the Langhe all compete with each other to get the attention of visitors. Who could resist enjoying all these delicacies surrounded by the magnificent scenery of the Alps?

Villa Cuneo - Alba area

Food and winelovers, as well as families and friends will enjoy the beautiful historical property Casa Annunziata set in the heart of the Langhe Hills of Piemonte. The house has been extensively refurbished with a large modern kitchen and 4 bathrooms.
The charming authentic old character has been kept with the numerous fireplaces and original visible stone walls. One big family room is situated right beside the fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the lovely garden. The kitchen door leads to a shaded patio with dinning area.
The second spacious and vaulted family room on the first floor has direct access to a sunny veranda and offers spectacular views due to large floor to ceiling windows. At the center of the house the dining room with a large open fireplace from the 16th century encourages you to enjoy local food and wine. From this area the 5 double bedrooms (1 with an additional double sofa bed and one with an additional futon on the mezzanine) can be reached through a central staircase, as well as three of the four bathrooms.
Around the house and in the spacious terraced garden diverse sitting and relaxing areas partially shaded can be found. From the beautiful large swimming pool 11m x 7m the most spectacular views over the valley can be enjoyed. The house is only a 15 minutes stroll to the village of Castino which boasts a deli specialised in fresh pasta, two small grocery stores, a post office a typical "tabaccaio", trattoria, pizzeria and a bar.

Villa Barolo - Barolo

A lovingly-restored, large Langhe farmhouse with swimming pool surrounded by vines in the heart of the Barolo region. Combining traditional local character with modern design touches, it is the perfect place to experience everything the Langhe has to offer.

We fully renovated the house 3 years ago. Everything is new and finished to a high standard, while the original, character features remain. There is wifi throughout the property (and around the pool, of course!).

The Villa is immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, with views of Novello and the snow-capped Alps beyond, yet it is also just a few minutes from the wine bars, cantine and restaurants of towns like Barolo, La Morra and Monforte d'Alba. Alba (the home of the International White Truffle Festival) and Bra (the centre of Slow Food) are just a short drive.
Situated within the Barolo zone, the Villa is surrounded by Nebbiolo vines. You can walk to the nearest winery and you can follow trails through the vines which run directly from the house to local villages and restaurants.

Casa Orta - Lake Orta

Apartment with fine renovation mid June 2013. In a house of the late nineteenth century, 100 mp apartment with 50 sqm of covered outdoor part, also accessible with rain.

The house, finely restored, has kept its old charm, not sacrificing the comforts of a modern home.

The house in the historic village of Madonna del Sasso, overlooks the steps leading to the parish church.

Although remaining in the historic center is still very quiet, suitable for those seeking peace and tranquility. A few meters away is the stonemasonry museum, the mini-market, the Italian post office and the town hall.

The characteristic streets of a mountain village lead to discover unique and suggestive corners, but the walks can continue in the nearby woods and along the road that leads to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso.

Along the way, you can enjoy the paromic lake of Orta, which at different times of the day creates unique and evocative atmospheres

Villa Borromee - Lake Maggiore

The Art Nouveau Villa "Villa Anna Isole Borromee" from 1908 is located about 1.9 km above Baveno and the beautiful lakeside promenade and the ship berth. Many excursion destinations can be reached with the passenger ferry. The train station of Baveno is just 2 km away. By train, B. the heart of Milan in about an hour. It is also a privileged and quiet panoramic position with a breathtaking view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains.
During the careful restoration of the listed Art Nouveau villa, the structure of the old façade was preserved or restored. The result: a stylish villa with modern comfort, but the charm of the original facade with beautiful paintings. In the year 2017 the attractive 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments were last renovated and new, the style of the villa according to taste furnished. All pantry kitchens have dishwasher, 2-plate induction cooker and microwave. In addition, most apartments of the main house are characterized by a wonderful private outdoor area with terrace and garden or Balcony with gigantic lake, island and alpine views.
