Venice is one of the few cities in the world the can be truly described as unique.
It survives against all the odds, built on a series of low mud banks amid the tidal waters of the Adriatic and regularly subject to floods. Venice expended its power and influence throughout the Mediterranean to Constantinople (now Istanbul). The immense wealth of the city was celebrated in art and architecture all over the city.
Today, Venice has found a new role. The palazzi have become museums, shops, hotels and apartments, and her convents have been turned into centers for restoration. Yet little of the essential fabric of Venice has altered in 600 years.
The city' sounds are still those of footsteps and the cries of boatmen. The only engines ore those of waterbuses ferrying passengers between stops.
The same well-worn streets are still trod.

Casa Regina
Ca 'Regina is a Venetian apartment which was built in the mid-1800s.
It is preserved intact in its original structure, despite some periodic restoration and modernization to ensure a living environment of 'era features but with all the modern comforts: Wi-Fi, TV, heating, air conditioning, services Toilet restored with non-slip devices, and with the possibility of use without barriers.
L 'apartment is very spacious (182 square meters) and well organized.
It has three large bedrooms each equipped with three, four beds up to a maximum of 11 beds.

Right in the neighborhood there are excellent restaurants all along the Fondamenta Ormesini, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias (also take away), wineries, supermarkets, pharmacies ... everything you need is close by.

It offers every comfort and is located in a beautiful area of Venice which is well served by public transport and shops.
The main attractions of the city are within walking distance from the apartment and there are restaurants to suit every pocket in this area. There are shops and a good supermarket too. It's a quiet area but from the close by (2 minutes) Fondamenta Nuove you can get a vaporetto boat to Venice's most famous attractions: Lido, Murano, Burano, Torcello, S. Erasmo, San Marco, S. Elena gardens, a complete tour of Venice.
During the summer there is a motorboat service to go to the beaches of the Venetian coast such as: Punta Sabbioni, Cavallino and Jesolo.

This unique 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom property has just been restored completely from top to bottom.
