1. Audience surveys
We will give you a unique survey link that will help you better understand your community’s interests, budgets and more. This data allows you to find the pricing and destinations, which will help you plan your trip faster and more effectively than ever.

2. Manage multiple trips
Are you hosting multiple trips? We would love to see it. Use the portal to easily manage bookings, view Traveler details and monitor earnings in real time. You can also approve each booking and create waitlists for sold out trips this way you can be notified as soon as it will be available again.

3. Traveler communications
We will make sure you can chat with your travelers through group chats both before and during your trip. Most importantly, we handle the customer service and pre-trip communications to make your life easier.

4. Trip pricing strategies
Once logged in to your account, view your community’s budget and test out our easy-to-use pricing calculator this way we can help you set the trip price and determine your earnings.

5. Designing your trip page
In order to make it easier for you we have provided an in-depth description for each itinerary. It is possible to personalize your trip page by adding your bio, uploading custom images or editing the trip description. Are you offering workshops? Can’t wait to see what you have in store! Add details to let your everyone know what to expect.

6. Itineraries and destination selection
With 40+ countries and 110+ itineraries, we make your trip safe and up to your standards. Once you pick your preferred itinerary, you can easily plan your trip and share it with your community. At this point nothing else to do, let the trip countdown begin!

7. Reach a new audience
You can let other people know about our marketplace by tagging us on social media so we can help you  promote your trip. Our facebook is  ‘ALIVEXPERIENCES’.

10. Know you're covered by insurance
It is also important to know that as a Host, you’re covered by our international and domestic general liability insurance policy. Our occurrence policy covers liability exposure up to $5M. You’re protected from legal issues that could arise from a Traveler getting hurt or suffering loss of belongings and much more.
   
11. Packing lists plus country do’s and don’ts
Our platform is here to help you get prepared and ensure your trip runs smoothly by giving you guidelines about various cultural norms for any destination.

13. SITE Community Guidelines
We want to do our part to make sure you, your brand and your Travelers stay safe. Our comprehensive Community Guidelines ensure that Travelers, Hosts and Operators play nice. Any kind of trolling or slandering will be immediately shut down. You also have the opportunity to review and approve to deny your Travelers before they’re confirmed so you can feel comfortable with everyone on the trip.
