How It Works

Here's what you need to know to host your trip!

We provide the survey link which, can be found in your portal or via email, to collect important insights about your community.
The survey will provide data on:
- Their travel budget and their age
- Where your audience wants to travel
- What activities they want to do during their trip
- What they want to learn from you (workshops, seminars, retreats, etc.)
- And a lot more
It is necessary to collect 50+ qualified responses* to start planning.
- *A qualified response is a respondent age 18+ with a travel budget of $2k+.

By using your survey data you can select the perfect itinerary.
Pick out yours trip dates.
Add information for any workshops you plan to teach on the trip.
Include additional information such as, a plus one, any dietary restrictions etc..
Afterwards, submit your trip request! We will approve your trip and will be available in case anything needs to be changed or for any other necessities.
Once your request is approved, you can use our pricing calculator to add your margin and determine your income from the trip.

You have to raise awareness about your trip, so when it becomes available your community can plan the trip as soon as possible!
After you've launched, you have to continue trip promotions about once a week until your trip reaches confirmed (a trip becomes confirmed when the minimum number of Travelers required to operate the trip have booked).
After your trip is confirmed, continue to sprinkle in promotions until it's sold out! Once sold out, Travelers can join your waitlist and be the first to know about any future trips you may offer.

You can connect with your Travelers thanks to the group chat that we provide. Build your community and form unforgettable connections right away!
